A tailless black imp with big watchdog energy
Bred in Belgium as a barge guard and ratter, the Schipperke is a busy, inquisitive little black dog with a fox-like face and a thick ruff. It is loyal and clever, always on patrol, and quick to bark at anything unusual.

This breed needs about 60 minutes of activity a day. Around 3 sitter-led sessions a week keeps that routine going when work or travel gets in the way.
