Pet Lounge does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account, plus 3 years after closure.
• Booking data: retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
• Communication logs: retained for 2 years.
• Marketing opt-in data: retained until you withdraw consent.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected users without undue delay, in accordance with GDPR Article 33–34.
