We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a period of up to three years after account closure for legal and audit purposes.
Booking records, payment histories, and related communications may be retained for up to seven years to comply with tax and financial regulations. Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
