Which Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use and How You Choose

1. About This Policy
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies that store information in your browser: local storage, which stays until it is cleared, and session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. In this policy we call all of them cookies.
This policy explains which cookies Pet Lounge Global AB uses on petlounge.se, why, and how long they last. How we handle personal data in general is described in our Privacy Policy at petlounge.se/privacy.
2. Your Choice
The first time you visit petlounge.se we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you choose "Accept All", we use the analytics cookies in section 5. If you choose "Necessary Only", we use only the cookies in sections 3 and 4, which the website needs to work or which remember settings you have chosen yourself.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or under Settings in your account. If you withdraw your consent, analytics stop straight away and nothing more is collected.
3. Necessary Cookies
These cookies are needed for the website to work, so they cannot be switched off. They are never used for analytics or marketing.

4. Settings You Choose
These remember choices you make yourself. They stay in your browser and are not used to follow you.

5. Analytics Cookies (Only With Your Consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) to understand how the website is used and where it can be improved. PostHog collects the pages you view, your clicks, device and browser information and session recordings of how you use the pages. In session recordings every input field is masked, and all text is masked while you are signed in. If you are signed in, your activity is linked to your internal account id, your role and your language only, never to your name, email address or phone number. The data is hosted in PostHog EU Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. More about this in sections 4.2, 5 and 6 of our Privacy Policy.

If you choose "Necessary Only" later, PostHog stops collecting and recording straight away, anything not yet sent is discarded, and the PostHog cookies and storage listed above are deleted. PostHog keeps only a note in your browser (__ph_opt_in_out_<project key>) that you have said no.
6. Other Services
- Stripe - when you pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment and prevent fraud, as described in Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google - if you choose to continue with Google, you sign in on Google's own page. On the map view of our pet sitter search, the map is loaded from Google Maps. Google's privacy policy applies to these services.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - some of our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. It runs in a frame from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Platform, such as signing in, will not work. If you clear your browser data, we will ask for your cookie choice again.
8. Changes and Contact
We update this policy when we add or change cookies. If a change affects what you have agreed to, we ask for your choice again. The current version is always available at petlounge.se/cookies. If you have questions, contact us at chamodi@petlounge.se.
