Requests come from owners with an account here, with contact details and information about the dog. You message each other before anything is agreed, and many start with a meet and greet.
The owner pays securely through Pet Lounge and your earnings are paid out to your bank account after the booking is finished. No chasing invoices, no cash to keep track of.
If something is unclear or goes wrong during a booking, you contact us. Bookings made through Pet Lounge are covered by our Protection Fund.
