⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Spoorthi highly enough! She took care of our cat, Safran, during a very challenging time while we were away on vacation. Unfortunately, Safran developed diarrhea during our trip, which meant the booking involved much more than a normal cat-sitting visit. Spoorthi went above and beyond. She carefully cleaned the apartment, gave Safran his medication, followed all instructions perfectly, and kept us updated with photos, videos, and even video calls so we could monitor his condition from abroad. Her communication was exceptional and gave us so much peace of mind. She shared her price and also information on time she would spend for the visit and travel to our address. The transparency gave a big comfort. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with Safran. He immediately felt comfortable around her, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about his well-being. She also took the initiative to make sure the apartment was fresh and clean and reassured us every step of the way.
